Saudi Arabia needs medical personnel
BUTUAN CITY, April 27 (PIA) -- The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is in need of medical personnel to augment its manpower complement in government hospitals.
According to Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA)-Caraga Regional Director Marietta Bellotindos, the country’s Ministry of Health is inviting qualified applicants from other countries to apply for the positions of 100 x-ray specialists, 500 physical therapists, 50 artificial limb specialists, 36 medical secretaries, nine infection control technicians, nine CSSD technicians, 12 respiratory technicians, and 500 physicians/doctors/specialists.
For x-ray specialists, qualified applicants must be females, not more than 40 years old, and a graduate of BS in Radiologic Technology, with Board license (optional for Muslim applicants). They must have at least four years hospital work experience or two years work experience but with Masteral Degree.
Qualifications for physical therapists include: Females, not more than 40 years old, BS in Physical Therapy graduates and has board license but optional for Muslim applicants. Applicants must have at least four years hospital work experience or two years work experience but with Masteral Degree.
Applicants for the artificial limb specialists must be college graduates with at least four years hospital work experience. They must be male and not more than 45 years of age.
Medical secretaries must be females and graduates of BS in Computer, BS in Administration, or an equivalent degree, and must have a minimum of two years work experience.
Meanwhile, for the position of physicians/doctors/specialists, applicants must be male or female, not more than 60 years old and BS graduate of medicine, with board license, and must have at least one year hospital work experience. Qualified applicants are advised to register online at www.poea.gov.ph or at www.eregister.poea.gov.ph and personally submit a detailed resume with job description, school credentials, employment certificates, PRC credentials, photocopy of Board Certificate rating, valid NBI, original and photocopy of the first page of the passport and six pieces 2x2 recent photo at the Manpower Registry Division, Window M, Ground Floor, Blas F. Ople Building (formerly POEA Bldg.), Ortigas Avenue corner EDSA, Mandaluyong City.
