CSC-4 conducts seminar for teachers

ODIONGAN, Romblon, June 16 (PIA) -- The Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Office IV recently conducted three batches of seminars on Continuous Educational Course for Teachers (ConEct) at the Odiongan North Central Elementary School (ONCES).
The two-day Human Resource intervention was designed to enhance the capabilities of the Department of Education personnel, whether teaching or non-teaching, for the effective and efficient discharge of their duties and functions. The seminar discussed topics such as the CSC and Personnel Administration in Government, Examination and Eligibilities, Appointments, Leave of Teachers, Ethics, and Employees Discipline and Retirement requirements.
The resource speakers were Director ll Annie G. Arcala and Corona A. Tandog. A total of 242 participated in the seminar, mostly principals and head teachers from the different districts schools of Romblon. (Corona A. Tandog/LBR/DM-PIA 4B, Romblon)
