NAPOLCOM3 appoints new director

Monday 7th of February 2011CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga, Feb. 7 (PIA) -- Manuel L. Pontanal, a lawyer, was recently installed as the new director of the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Region 3.
Outgoing Central Luzon chief Raquel Q. Ramos formally turned-over the directorship to Pontanal last Friday (February 4).
Coincidentally, Ramos was also Pontanal’s predecessor when he assumed the top post of the regional office in MIMAROPA.
Apart from having served as the director of region 4-B, Pontanal also had his stint in managing the commission’s Legal Affairs Service; Inspection, Monitoring and Investigation Service and Installation and Logistics Service divisions.
Meanwhile, Ramos had been designated as the new head of the Finance Service Division. (WLB/CLJD- PIA 3)
