COTABATO CITY, May 17 (PIA) -- Mujiv Hataman wins the gubernatorial race in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
ARMM COMELEC Regional Director and RBOC chair Atty. Rey Sumalipao proclaimed Hataman as winner around 11 a.m today, May 17.
His proclamation came even with votes from Basilan not yet transmitted and tallied. However, votes from the area are not enough to affect the overall tally. Basilan is also known as a bailiwick of Hataman, being a Yakan from Sumisip, Basilan.
