CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Feb. 7 (PIA) --- The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has designed a new “Anti-Fixer Campaign” and “No Noon Break” posters to underscore the need to campaign against any act of fixing and in rendering continuous frontline services even during breaks.
