TAGBILARAN CITY, Jan 29 (PIA) – Farm-to-market roads must be improved at all cost.  This is the mantra of the Department of Agrarian Reform’s (DAR) in Bohol.   “Farm harvests have never been so good, but production loses still remain alarmingly high," said  DAR information Officer Ma. DAR pours in P10M assistance to develop farmers’ enterprises
