SILAY CITY,Negros Occidental, November 27 (PIA6) - - The Operation Smile Medical-Surgical Negros mission in Silay City recently gave new smiles and hope to 147 children with cleft lip and palate deformities. Operation Smile is an international program that provides free reconstructive surgery to indigent children and adults born with cleft lip and palate, and other facial deformities.
