CAPITOL-PCS INK QUALITY HEALTH AGREEMENT

NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, May 16 (PIA) -- Negros Occidental and the Philippine College of Surgeons (PCS) signed a memorandum of agreement to provide quality medical and surgical health care to indigent patients recently. During the signing, Gov. Alfredo Marañon Jr. represented the province while Dr. Maximo Simbulan Jr. represented the PCS. Quality and medical and surgical health care will be given to indigent-patients through the Negros Occidental Comprehensive Health Program (NOCHP).
