COTABATO CITY, Sept. 6 (PIA) -- The Department of Interior and Local Government in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (DILG-ARMM) will jumpstart this September series of orientation on Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation for LGUs to strengthen the capacity of local governments and communities.
