LUCENA CITY, Quezon, Dec 20 (PIA) -- The Department of Foreign Affairs regional consular office here is now accepting applications for 2013 foreign service officer examinations. The consular office in Lucena City said applicants must be knowledgeable on the economic, political, and social conditions of the Philippines, and must be facile in oral and written communications - traits essential to the performance of the duties of foreign service officers.
