𝐏𝐕𝐀𝐎 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟑𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡

March 23, 2025 (Las Cruces, New Mexico) – PVAO Administrator USec Reynaldo B Mapagu and a delegation from PVAO joined the 36th Bataan Memorial Death March held at the White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico last March 22, 2025.

Col Dennis Alcarde PAF, Air Attaché from the Office of the Philippine Defense and Armed Forces Attaché Washington D.C. also joined the memorial march.

Meanwhile, MGen Antonio Taguba U.S. Army (Retired) led the marchers from the Filipino Veterans Recognition and Education Project.

An estimated 6,000 participants from various parts of the U.S. and other countries joined this year’s remembrance of the some 80,000 Filipino and American prisoners of war who endured the infamous Bataan Death March.
