He emphasized the importance of international law, particularly UNCLOS and the 2016 Arbitral Award, in reaffirming the Philippines’ sovereign rights. 📖

Highlighting the Philippine Coast Guard’s efforts in safeguarding Filipino fisherfolk and maintaining maritime security, he also underscored the critical role of young Filipinos in defending the nation’s maritime interests.
