TUBOD, Lanao del Norte (PIA) — Ten cooperatives received their “Coop Ice Cream on Wheels” carts under the Initiative for Quality Development (IQD) program of Gov. Imelda ‘Angging’ Quibranza-Dimaporo.
The IQD program is a flagship initiative aimed at strengthening the economic capacity of cooperatives across the province. The carts are designed to function as mobile business units, empowering cooperatives to expand their income-generating opportunities and foster economic sustainability within their communities.
The governor reiterated her commitment to enhancing the livelihood potential of cooperatives. She also reminded every cooperative recipient to take good care of the carts.
“Unta inyo kining ampingan ug inyong palambuon. Pinaagi niini, kami gahinaot nga mahatagan akamo og paagi nga mutubo ug mulambo, nga maka-benefit usab sa inyong mga tawo nga gialagaran,” she said.

The beneficiaries expressed their gratitude and vowed to maximize the carts’ potential to serve their communities better and contribute to the province’s economic growth.
