2023 Anti-Drug Abuse Summit

The Quezon City Anti Drug Abuse Advisory Council (QCADAAC), in collaboration with the Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) and the ASEAN Training Center for Preventive Drug Education (ATCPDE), is hosting the 2023 Anti-Drug Abuse Summit with the theme, “Support Reintegration, Stop Stigma, and Discrimination.” The summit was held at the Sequoia Hotel in Quezon City from November 8 to 9, 2023.

Over the course of these two days, the summit’s primary goal is to establish a constructive platform where decision-makers, local authorities, academics, and community members can engage in substantive discussions focused on reducing the stigma and discrimination associated with drug use.

During the event, Philippine Information Agency Deputy Director-General Katherine Chloe De Castro delivered a message emphasizing the pivotal role of information dissemination in nurturing an informed and engaged public in the fight against drug abuse.
