2023 Productivity Olympics regional winners in NCR awarded

QUEZON CITY, (PIA) –The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board – National Capital Region (RTWPB-NCR) recently awarded 10 winners of the  2023 Productivity Olympics at The Orchid Garden Suites, Pablo Ocampo St., Vito Cruz, Manila.

Ten micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) from the Service and Industry Sectors were adjudged as regional winners for their exceptional productivity programs that brought notable impact not only to their businesses but also to their workers and clients.

These establishments were found to be genuinely committed to continuously embrace meaningful innovations in their respective workplaces amidst difficult situations.

They also served as an inspiration to all MSMEs in the country by evolving and venturing into new business strategies as they strive to thrive back to our normal business operations.

The following MSMEs are this year’s regional awardees:

1. Life Source Multi-Purpose Cooperative (Micro-Industry)
2. Pimpmynails Salon (Micro-Service)
3. Power Bounz Fitness Center (Micro-Service)
4. Gastroplate & Beverage House (Micro-Service)
5. Aretei Foods Corporation (Small-Industry)
6. Miracle Soybean Food International Corporation (Small-Industry)
7. Compact Pharmaceuticals Corp. (Small-Industry)
8. Therma Mobile, Inc. (Small-Service)
9. Gotesco Marketing, Inc. (Medium-Service)
10. SMX Convention Specialist Corp. (Medium-Service)
The RTWPB-NCR conducted screening and validation in June and were judged based on business excellence, employee engagement, innovation and green programs, and corporate social accountability.

These establishments will represent NCR at the national level of this year’s Productivity Olympics— a biennial competition of the National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) and Regional Boards nationwide for enterprises with notable productivity improvement programs.  (dole/pia-ncr)
