Philippine Information Agency (PIA) employees at the Central Office joined today’s 4th Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED), held on November 14.
This quarter’s drill extended beyond the usual “duck, cover, and hold” procedure, with additional simulations in Camiguin focusing on tsunami and volcanic eruption scenarios.
Preparedness remains our strongest defense against the devastating impacts of earthquakes and other natural disasters.
Other PCO-attached agencies housed in the PIA Building, along with PTV, also participated in the drill.
