Ginpangunahan ni Sison ang Change of Command Ceremony nga ginhiwat sa Camp Major Nelson L. Gerona sa banwa sang Murcia sang Nobyembre 5, 2024.
Ginbaton ni BGen. Ted Dumosmog nga pamunuan ang 303rd Brigade halin kay BGen. Orlando Edralin, nga magaretiro na sa serbisyo sa Nobyembre 8 matapos malab-ot ang mandatory nga retirement age kag 37 ka tuig nga serbisyo sa Armed Forces of the Philippines.
“The first order of the day for you is to find, fix, and finish the remnants of the KR-NCBS. Nothing more, nothing less,” siling ni Sison kay Dumosmog.

“We cannot rest on our laurels because there are still remnants to be taken care of. Our fight is not yet over, so let us not relax. Let us not give the Communist Terrorist Group the chance to resurge. We are confronting a “thinking enemy.” It will not have lasted for five decades if our enemy did not think. Let us not give them a chance to breathe. Let us not give them any space. Let us not give them the time to rise up. We are almost there and we are 95 percent victorious; only 5 percent left. Let us finish them!,” hambal ni Sison.

As we all know, Negros Island region has been declared as Stable Internal Peace and Security, indeed peace in our midst is in our hands and the 303rd Brigade contributed a fair share to this triumph,” siling ni Dumosmog.
Ginhatagan man ni Dumosmog sang pasidungog ang mga nagligad nga mga commander, mga opisyales, kag mga enlisted personnel sang Brigade para sa ila mga nahimo sa pagdula sang mga kaaway sa sulod sang area of responsibility sang Brigade.
Siya nanawagan man sa mga tinawo kag stakeholders nga mag-upod nga mag obra para mamintinar ang isa ka malinong kag mauswagon nga Isla sang Negros.

Nagtapos si Dumosmog sa Philippine Military Academy “SAMBISIG” Class of 1991. Siya nakaagi man serbe sa 3ID bilang platoon leader sang 47th Infantry Battalion humalin Oktubre 7, 1991 tubtob Enero 31, 1992.
