This was done during the distribution of Electronic Titles (e-Titles) and Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOAs) by the Department of Agrarian Reform.
“Sa halos 27 years namon nga paghulat, ari na kag naangkon na gid namon ang titulo nga amon ginapaabot halin pa sang una,” said ARB Lyden Labanza, who thanked Pres. Marcos and Department of Agrarian Reform Sec. Conrado Estrella III for the land title.
(We are thankful to President Marcos and DAR Sec. Estrella for the land titles that we received after 27 years.)
Another ARB, Nida Amo, was also thankful for the title she received through the DAR’s genuine agrarian reform to improve the quality of life of its beneficiaries.
Both Labanza and Amo are from Brgy. Culilang in President Roxas town in Capiz.

(For every title we hand over is giving our farmers freedom from indebtedness, freedom to have a bright future for his/her family and freedom to plan out for a better future.)
