PIDIGAN, Abra(PIA ) — Abrenian farmers received a total of P2.35 million farm inputs from the Department of Agriculture-Cordillera (DA-CAR) under the Corn Banner and High Value Crop Development Programs (HVCDP).
Farm equipment and machineries including pump and engines sets, hand tractors, plastic crates, and power sprayers were turned-over to around 36 farmers associations from the different municipalities of the province.

[These farm equipment coming here in Abra are from the national government through my office, but you do not see my name pasted in these machineries because it will be given directly to you]
Agtangao Farmers Association member Julie Adame said that the machineries will help them to increase their production.
“Dakkel unay ti yaman mi ti inkam naawat nga machineries ta babaen ti tulong dagitoy, mapa-adu ti mula ken apit mi nga mannalon,” she said.
[We are so grateful for these machineries that we received which we will help increase our harvests]
