He also thanked Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla for his assistance, emphasizing how it strengthens the local economy by supporting small businesses within the community.
“We have not forgotten your hard work and dedication. Our friend, Senator Revilla, recognizes this and ensures that during our Fiesta celebration, you are among those who receive aid,’’ he shared.
Cavite 1st District Rep. Ramon “Jolo” Revilla III personally distributed the cash assistance on behalf of Ramon Bong Revilla Jr., in collaboration with Mayor Indy Oaminal, MisOcc 2nd District Rep. Ando Oaminal, Gov. Henry S. Oaminal, the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Ozamiz, and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Misamis Occidental.

Various sectors will receive a total of P50 million in aid and allowances during the Fiesta celebrations.
Gov. Oaminal stressed that this aid, in addition to infrastructure projects, aims to help the people of Ozamiz prosper, recognizing the volunteers for their efforts.
“You are being recognized for your volunteer work, service, and efforts to bring activities and services to the people in various barangays,’’ Gov. Oaminal said.
Further assistance will be distributed to farmers, fisherfolk, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer communities on July 15–16, supplementing other social services programs including free hospitalization, distribution of agricultural inputs, road construction, and tourism development.
The local government expressed gratitude to President Bongbong Marcos, House Speaker Martin Romualdez, Senator Revilla, and MisOcc 2nd District Rep. Ando Oaminal for their continued support in developing the province.
In his video message, Sen. I see how much you love your people, and my office is always open to support your province. This is just the beginning, and I extend my heartfelt thanks to all of you.”
Furthermore, Rep. Revilla informed the service providers that his father’s work in the Senate led to the passing of important laws. These laws include the Expanded Centenarians Act, which gives financial benefits to elderly individuals; the prohibition of the “No Permit, No Exam” policy; the permanent validity of civil certificates; and the provision of a night shift differential pay for government employees, among others.
