MANILA, (PIA) — Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan celebrated his 45th birthday on Monday by providing livelihood packages to 45 beneficiaries in the community. The recipients were given their choice of a sari-sari store, bigasan, or siomai and shake business packages.
Continuing a tradition from the previous year, the beneficiaries were selected through a social media activity that encouraged participation from residents of Caloocan City.

Mayor Along expressed his enthusiasm for being able to support the community and thanked constituents for their ongoing trust and support.
The mayor reiterated the importance of livelihood programs as a means for the city government to empower constituents to improve their lives.

Through these initiatives, Mayor Along aims to provide not just assistance but also the skills and opportunities for residents to create sustainable livelihoods for themselves and their families. (JCO/PIA-NCR)
