SAGAY, Camiguin (PIA)– Camiguin Water Company (CWC) customers now have an additional payment option through Palawan Pay starting December 2023.
To pay their CWC bill through Palawan Pay, customers need to download and install the Palawan Pay app. Upon accessing the app, customers can navigate to the “bill payment” section, locate “Camiguin Water Company” among the list of available billers, and enter their billing information, including account number and billing amount.
“It is crucial to review the entered details for accuracy to avoid payment errors,” CWC General Manager Jonathan Sarsonas said.
Once the payment is successful, customers receive a confirmation message or receipt, potentially including a transaction reference number.
Customers can also opt for over-the-counter (OTC) payment at any Palawan Pawnshop branch.
In case of any issues or specific inquiries related to bill payment, Sarsonas urged customers to contact CWC’s customer support at 0998 314 0838 for assistance.
This innovation aims to create a more inclusive and flexible payment environment, aligning with the evolving preferences of customers and providing them with seamless and convenient ways to settle their water bills. (RTP/PIA-10/Camiguin)
