Strategically located at the Tourism Pavilion, Gov. Ricardo Barientos Reyes Boulevard, Poblacion, Mambajao, this expansion aims to bring CWC’s services closer to residents, making payment transactions and customer support more accessible.
The new office will serve as a hub for payment collection, ensuring a convenient and efficient experience for customers. Operating hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This initiative is part of CWC’s ongoing efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and provide timely assistance to the Camiguin community.
In addition to the new office, customers can take advantage of various payment options available across the island, including digital platforms like GCash and PalawanPay, payment services from Cebuana Lhuillier and M Lhuillier, partner stores, and mobile cashier services scheduled at key locations. These services are designed to accommodate the diverse needs of residents, ensuring that managing water payments is as seamless as possible.
