Cavite Police welcomes new acting top cop

IMUS CITY, Cavite (PIA) – The Cavite Police Provincial Office recently held a ceremonial turnover of command to welcome the province’s newly-designated police chief.

Held at the Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia in Imus, Governor Athena Bryana Tolentino delivered an inspirational message, commending outgoing provincial director Police Colonel Eleuterio M. Ricardo Jr’s leadership and welcoming PCol Dwight E Alegre with her full support.

Regional Director Police Brigadier General Paul Kenneth T Lucas presided over the turn-over ceremony and presents an award to PCol Ricardo Jr. in recognition of his contributions to the province’s peace and order initiatives.

In his final message, PCol.

The outgoing police director recognized the sacrifices and heroism possessed by police officers in their daily duties.

In a formal assumption of office, PCol Alegre took over the responsibilities, pledging his commitment to provide reliable and effective service for Caviteños.

(RF, CH/PIA-Cavite; with reports from Cavite PPO)
