LAGAWE, Ifugao (PIA) — More than 50 government and non-government agencies and individuals were recognized by the Department of Education (DepEd) during the Stakeholders’ Convergence in Lagawe town.
These partners were commended for their invaluable support, commitment, and partnership with DepEd-Ifugao that contributed to the successful implementation of the adopt-A-School Program and other services of the agency.
Schools Division Superintendent Gloria Buya-ao thanked these stakeholders for the continuous support they provide to the schools provincewide for the benefit of all learners.
“Your efforts contributed to the delivery of quality education to produce job-ready, active and responsive citizens,” Buya-ao said.
As a way of showing further support to DepEd-Ifugao’s endeavors, the stakeholders dubbed as “Matatag Partner Ko”, also signed a pledge of commitment vowing to collaborate tirelessly to create an environment that promote holistic for every learner.
They also assured to foster an inclusive and accessible education system, ensuring that every child regardless of race, color and orientation has equal opportunities to realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to building the nation.
“Together, we pledge to build an education ecosystem in Ifugao that empowers learners, celebrates diversity and prepare our children to navigate the challenges of the future with resilience and wisdom protecting and promoting their right to quality, equitable, culture-based and complete basic education,” they added.
