QUEZON CITY, (PIA) – The Department of Foreign Affairs Consular Office NCR South, located at 4F Metro Gaisano will relocate to Third Level West Wing, Festival Mall, 1781 effective 03 November 2023 to offer a more accessible and convenient location in giving efficient and timely passport services.
In preparation of the transfer of CO, the Department informs the public that CO NCR South will operate on the following limited consular services on 26-27 and 30-31 October 2023 at Metro Mall and on 03 November 2023 at Festival Mall:
Passport Releasing;
Apostille Certificate Releasing;
Passport applications of returnees and referrals from its TOPS sites; and
Passport/Apostille applications due to urgent/emergency reasons
CO NCR South will gradually resume its normal operations in its new office in Festival Mall from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on 06 November 2023.
The Temporary Off-site Passport Services (TOPS) Las Piñas and San Pedro, which are under the supervision of CO NCR South, will operate as usual.
