QUEZON CITY — To guide stakeholders, particularly potential beneficiaries, of the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino or 4PH Program, the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) launched a website offering information and services related to the government’s flagship program.
The 4PH website will serve as a centralized digital platform providing
key program policies, application guidelines, actual project development, and interactive features to enhance accessibility and public engagement.
DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar said that this digital initiative is part of the Department’s commitment to provide more inclusive and transparent housing programs.
He added that the website aims to streamline the application process for beneficiaries and offer easy access to all stakeholders which will support the success of the 4PH and reinforce DHSUD’s commitment to provide access to decent, safe and affordable housing.
Interested housing beneficiaries may learn about the program beneficiary qualification and requirements through the said platform.
“While we are building thousands of housing units across the country, we encourage everyone to access the website and learn more about the processes involved for them to better understand and appreciate 4PH,” Secretary Acuzar said.
“Ito po ay bahagi ng utos ng ating mahal na Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. na gawing mas madali para sa ating mga kababayan ang pag-avail ng mga programa ng gobyerno, thru digitalization,” he added.
Developed by the Knowledge Management and Information Systems Service, led by Undersecretary Samuel Young, in partnership with the 4PH Project Management Office headed by Undersecretary Garry De Guzman, users may also access the frequently asked questions about 4PH for clarification.
For interested developers and local government units, all information on the program issuances and other DHSUD policies were also made available for easier access and retrieval.
