TUBOD, Lanao del Norte (PIA)  — Four new Doctors to the Barrios (DTTBs) will be deployed to Lanao del Norte through the Department of Health (DOH)-10, as part of efforts to strengthen healthcare services and improve access to quality medical care in the province.

The doctors, namely Abdullah Abdulaziz, Nasrullah Andam, Shaheen Nhayr, and Johana Muti, will serve in the municipalities of Kapatagan, Kolambugan, Salvador, and Sultan Naga Dimaporo, respectively.

“These medical professionals will significantly contribute to providing much-needed medical services in the province. It is also part of their return service to the Department, having been scholars,” DOH-10 director Sulpicio Henry M. Legaspi Jr. said.

Meanwhile, Governor Imelda Quibranza Dimaporo welcomed the deployment of the new DTTBs and assured them of the full support of the provincial government.

Our province is safe, and we assure you of our assistance as you carry out your duties,” she said.

The deployment of the new DTTBs is expected to reinforce the province’s ongoing healthcare programs, particularly in far-flung and underserved areas.
