CABARROGUIS, Quirino (PIA)- -The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), in collaboration with the provincial government of Quirino recently rolled out P12 million worth of 2024 Shared Service Facility (SSF) Projects through the signing of the Usufruct Agreement with various cooperators.
Dubbed as Resilience and Excellence in SSF Cooperators and Beneficiaries through Hands-on (FRESH), the project was launched in conjunction with the 12th Paskuhan sa Quirino 2024 celebration.
The SSF projects, which consist of providing tools and equipment, aim to improve productivity and quality of products and services, address gaps in the industry value chain, and enable the beneficiaries to access wider markets.
A capacity development workshop was conducted to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of the projects.
The DTI also awarded Pangkabuhayan sa Pagbangon at Ginhawa (PPG) kits to the eight MSMEs from Nagtipunan affected by recent typhoons.
Vice Governor Jojo Vaquilar, Provincial Administrator Carmelita Jimenez, and Provincial Agriculturist Florence Mangoba supported the said activities. (OTB/TCB/PIA-2, QUIRINO)
