CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela (PIA) – Newly-installed Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Isabela Provincial Director Atty. Cyrus Restauro has committed to further enhancing the capabilities of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the province.
Restauro stated his pledge during his formal installation as Acting Provincial Director at the DTI Isabela Provincial Office.
Restauro emphasized the importance of building on the achievement of his predecessor, Ramil Garcia, who has been reassigned as DTI director for Nueva Vizcaya.
He acknowledged the important role of MSMEs in growing local industries and lifting the local economy further.
“We will continue the extraordinary work started by PD Ramil, and together, we will face the challenges of the year ahead with resilience and innovation.”
Before his new appointment, Restauro had an impressive track record within DTI, notably serving as the division chief of the Consumer Protection Division in DTI Region 02.
Restauro assured that DTI Isabela will remain committed to continuity and excellence as it pursues its mission to implement programs and initiatives aligned with the agency’s 2025 goals. (OTB/MGE/PIA Isabela)
