According to Lignes, CCE has received recognition from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), and all its programs boast the Certificate of Program Compliance.

To address local employment concerns, the ESALIG program also prioritizes El Salvador residents by requiring companies to fill 70 percent of their positions with city residents. According to Lignes, this initiative has resulted in 119 CCE graduates being successfully employed in the city.

The mayor also elaborated on the “Womb to Tomb” program, which exemplifies the administration’s commitment to social services. This program, along with various other assistance initiatives, has distributed around P35 million in social pensions, P1.3 million in milestone benefits, P7.1 million in birthday gifts to senior citizens, and P32,340,000 for persons with disabilities, among others.
