Ilocos Norte College of Arts and Trade’s (INCAT) bet Hanz Miguel Agustin proudly showed his expertise in Beauty Therapy when he had his demonstration for the said category during the Ilocos Norte 2022 Provincial Skills Competition (PSC) on June 23.
During his two-day demonstration, his expert hand performed skills in nail care, spa facial, eyebrow shaping, eyelash extensions, full-face makeup, and full-body scrub.
Hanz bagged the well-deserved gold medal during the 2022 PSC, he will represent the province for the second time in the regional stage this August 2022.
Cosmetology teacher, Ronaldo Agustin, who served as Hanz’s coach, shared that although Hanz is experienced in beauty care, they still did an intensive training to prepare for his demonstration.
The judge, Juanet Fontanilla, lauded Hanz in his “fast but still meticulous hands.”
She then expressed her confidence that the competitor will yield shining marks in the regional tint.
