First Lady Liza welcomes support for ‘Lab for All’ project at ASEAN

QUEZON CITY (PIA) — First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos on Tuesday, October 8, welcomed the support of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council Philippines for her ”Lab for All” project.

In an Instagram post, the First Lady shared a photograph of her in the company of ASEAN business leaders.

She captioned her post: “It was nice sharing a meal with the members of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council Philippines and the Kapatid Angat Lahat.”

”Their dedication to assisting Filipino entrepreneurs and their support for our ‘LAB for ALL’ program truly make them invaluable partners in nation-building,” she added.

The “Laboratoryo, Konsulta at Gamot Para sa Lahat” (LAB for All) project was initiated by the First Lady in partnership with the local government units, other national government agencies, and private partners to provide health care services to the vulnerable and disadvantaged Filipinos.

The project is a flagship outreach program that offers an array of health services such as free consultation, free medicines, and basic laboratory tests done in the Bagong Pilipinas Mobile Clinics.

The First Lady is in Lao PDR, accompanying President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. in the 44th and 45th ASEAN Summits and Related Summits. (PIA DMD)
