ILOILO CITY (PIA) — The Government Service Insurance System(GSIS) launched its new Digital Business Center(DBC) in its Iloilo branch.
GSIS Iloilo Branch Manager Rosenie G. Chavez led the ceremonial opening of the center.
The DBC is designed to enhance customer experience by offering various online services, minimizing the need for in-person visits, and reducing waiting times.
The newly launched facility has a symbol of 360 emphasizing its technology-driven operations and transparency.
“The GSIS Digital Business Center newly launched in the GSIS Iloilo branch office has a symbol of 360 which means, GSIS is now global and the GSIS Touch is available 24/7 in the comforts of the homes of our members,” Chavez explained.
She added that members without personal devices can use the Digital Business Center at the Iloilo office.
“And for those who do not have the facility they may use the GSIS 360 Digital Business Center in GSIS Iloilo City,” she added.
She likewise emphasized that the center benefits both active members and pensioners.
“We’re still here to assist them, and for those who have the GSIS Touch, continue to use it anytime, anywhere, at your convenience,” she noted.
The GSIS Touch app, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, complements the Digital Business Center by enabling members to manage their accounts and transactions remotely.
The said facility shows GSIS’ commitment to modernization and ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the members and pensioners. (AAL/ED/PIA 6)
