QUEZON CITY— The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) officially unveiled its Digital Business Center at the Quezon City branch on 20 February 2025 that aims to provide a more efficient and convenient way for its members and pensioners to access services, as well as improve customer experience.

Equipped with tablets running the GSIS Mobile Touch App, the center allows over 300,000 members and pensioners transacting in the Quezon City branch to process their requests seamlesslyeliminating the need for long queues.

GSIS President and General Manager Jose Arnulfo “Wick” A. Veloso highlighted the organization’s commitment to digital transformation, saying, “GSIS is now 98 percent digital, and I’m pleased to share that 70 percent of our transactions are already done via mobile phones, with only 30 percent relying on kiosks.  In the next two years—possibly by the end of 2025—we aim to reach nearly 100-percent digital operations.”
