SAN JOSE, Antique (PIA) — Eligible beneficiaries of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) may update information through “I-Registro” for the expanded health and nutrition cash grant for the First 1,000 Days of Life (F1KD).
DSWD-4Ps Provincial Link Jeffrey Gabucay said that the F1KD grant promotes the health-seeking behavior of pregnant women and those with children 0-2 years old.
He reminded the beneficiaries of the F1KD grant that this top-up grant is intended for the health and nutrition of the critical first 1000 days of life.
“Your compliance is highly encouraged as this grant is for you and your child’s health. The conditions set by the F1KD grant are basic responsibilities of a mother and the basic health care that our children deserve,” he emphasized during the F1KD and I-Registro orientation.”
Pregnant and lactating mothers with children aged 0-24 months who are beneficiaries of the 4Ps in the towns of Sebaste, Barbaza, Patnongon, Culasi, Bugasong, Tibiao, and Valderrama have updated and registered their information for the F1KD cash grant.
DSWD-Field Office VI National Household Targeting Section (NHTS) and 4Ps staff conducted orientation sessions and assisted in the actual registration of 4Ps beneficiaries in the I-Registro platform.
4Ps Antique information officer Maybel Esparagoza said the I-Registro system is an online platform developed to streamline and accelerate the enrollment process for eligible beneficiaries for F1KD grant, ensuring they receive essential financial support for their children’s health and development during this critical period.
DSWD-4PS Antique reported the registration of 1,296 kids 0-2 years old and 203 pregnant mothers. (AGP/PSM/PIA Antique)
