ILOILO CITY (PIA) – – The Iloilo City Police Office (ICPO) is urging the public to save police hotline numbers on their mobile phones for immediate access during emergencies and urgent situations.
“Save My Number” campaign is the latest initiative of the ICPO that reinforces its commitment to ensure public safety and quick response, especially that graduation ceremonies are now being held, the Holy Week is approaching, summer vacation is starting, and the 2025 midterm election period is drawing near.
“This is a proactive measure to make sure that help is just one call or text away. We are urging everyone to save our hotline numbers in their phones, so they can contact us without delay in times of need,” said ICPO Director, PCOL Kim P. Legada.
The campaign aligns with the PNP mantra: “Sa Bagong Pilipinas, ang Gusto ng Pulis: Ligtas Ka” which emphasizes readiness, quick coordination, and community partnership in maintaining peace and order.
Also, the ICPO assures the public of round-the-clock availability of its personnel and strengthened visibility and police presence in key areas of the city.
