CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela (PIA) — The City of Ilagan Police Station has assured the security of all officials who will be attending the set Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair (BPSF) and Isabeleños who will be availing of the various services of different government agencies.
City of Ilagan Police Station Chief Lt. Col. Lord Wilson Adorio made the assurance a day before the conduct of the BPSF activity.
The BPSF is slated this November 25-26, 2023 in this city where House Speaker Martin Romualdez is expected to attend the set BPSF in Isabela.
Adorio said that there were more than 300 policemen to guard the set activity while the city’s Public Order and Safety Unit (POSU) of LGU Ilagan including the Barangay Tanods were also tapped to ensure the safety of Isabeleños who will be attending the two-day fair.

“We have deployed 338 personnel coming from the different units including the augmentation fore from Isabela Police Provincial Office (IPPO) and Police Regional Office (PRO) – 2 in the different places of engagement of the BPSF and tapped the POSU and barangay tanods for the security of everyone and in the manning of traffic,” Adorio said.
The BPSF’s venue is located at the Isabela National High School and the City of Ilagan Sports Complex where the different government agencies converged and set up ready to deliver their services to Isabeleños.
Meanwhile, City General Services Officer and BPSF focal person Ricky Laggui said that the City Government of Ilagan under the leadership of Mayor Josemarie Diaz is prepared in hosting the BPSF.
He said that all the needed requirements of the BPSF national secretariat are complied accordingly in collaboration with the different sectors in the city, the Provincial Government of Isabela and to the Office of 1st District Congressman Antonio Albano. (MGE / PIA Isabela)
