Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Sec. Juan Ponce Enrile urged Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) to think about the adverse consequences of not sending remittances to their families in the country as a protest to bring back former President Rodrigo Duterte to the Philippines.
In his Facebook post on Tuesday, March 25, Enrile said that the “zero remittance” could cost them their tax exemptions and other privileges.
