QUEZON CITY (PIA) — Former Civil Service Commission (CSC) chairman Karlo Alexei Nograles filed his certificate of candidacy (COC) on Tuesday, October 8, for the Davao mayoral race.
Karlo, who served as Cabinet secretary during the Rodrigo Duterte administration, submitted his COC to the Commission on Elections (Comelec) in Davao.
Meanwhile, Karlo’s sister, PBA party-list Rep. Migs Nograles, will be gunning for the Davao First District representative seat in the 2025 elections.
She will run against incumbent Rep. Paolo Duterte, son of former president Rodrigo Duterte. (PIA DMD)
