READ | College of Law Dean and lawyer Ralph Sarmiento of the University of St. La Salle emphasized that it is the prerogative of the Philippine government to comply with its obligations to the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol).

Dean Sarmiento added that the Philippine government must comply with its international obligations, upholding the principle of “pacta sunt servanda” or “agreements must be kept.”
