Lawyer says families of drug war victims can seek recognition from ICC

Christina Antonio, Fellow at the Center for International Law, explained that victims, survivors, and those affected by ‘tokhang’, whether directly or through their families or communities, can apply for recognition as victims by the International Criminal Court (ICC), even if their case is not one of the 43 selected for trial.
