QUEZON CITY, (PIA) — Good news! The Land Transportation Office National Capital Region (LTO NCR) advises motorists on the reopening of the “Online Replacement Plate Inquiry” project.
According to LTO NCR, the project includes the option to transfer your Replacement Plate to the nearest LTO Office based on your address for free. The service is available only at LTO-NCR offices.
Implemented in 2015, a replacement plate is the white plate that replaces the old green plate to standardize the plates of all registered vehicles in the country.
