MAKATI CITY, (PIA) — Good news! In observance of the Civil Registration Month, the Makati City Civil Registration Office offers free certified true copies of civil documents.
The following documents will be provided for free, from February 17 to 19, 2025:
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate
- Death Certificate
- Certificate of No Record
Interested applicants are reminded to bring a valid government-issued ID. For authorized representatives, bring the notarized authorization letter or special power of attorney (SPA), and a photocopy of the document owner’s valid ID with signature.
The city government said that only one (1) copy will be provided and the release of the document will be processed within three (3) working days. Regular fees apply for additional copies.
