Mandaluyong City, Municipality of Donsol ink sisterhood pact for better service delivery

MANDALUYONG CITY, (PIA) — The City Government of Mandaluyong and the Municipality of Donsol recently signed a sisterhood agreement.

Mandaluyong City Mayor Abalos and Municipality of Donsol Mayor Ted De Guzman formally signed the sisterhood agreement between the two local government units (LGUs).

The sisterhood agreement aims to foster a better relationship between the two LGUs in trade, information exchange, programs, and management systems for more effective public service delivery.

Mandaluyong, officially the City of Mandaluyong, and regarded as the “Tiger City,” is a highly urbanized city in Metro Manila.

The Municipality of Donsol, on the other hand, is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Sorsogon, and is known for numerous tourists spots.

The sisterhood agreement signing held in Mandaluyong City was witnessed by Vice Mayor Menchie Abalos and the Sangguniang Panlungsod, department heads of the town government of Donsol, and their Sangguniang Bayan. (JEG/PIA-NCR)
