MANILA, (PIA) — Good news! The City Government of Manila on Thursday opened the San Sebastian Residences in Quiapo, Manila.
The 20-storey, 243-unit residential complex was opened by Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan, together with other city officials.


According to the city government, each unit has a size of over 40 square meters. The newly opened residence is equipped with an indoor pool, function room, and fitness center.
Likewise, a super health center located on the ground floor of the residence with state-of-the-art equipment to provide services like x-rays, laboratory tests, and minor operations aside from providing free medical consultations.

A police station is also located on the ground floor of San Sebastian Residences.
Earlier, the city government opened the residences and health center in Pedro Gil. (JEG/PIA-NCR)
