Maynilad promotes ‘WASH Up’ program in NCR communities

QUEZON CITY, (PIA) — Water concessionaire Maynilad Water launched its “WASH Up” program to promote good health and hygiene practices to residents of Caloocan City and other parts of Metro Manila.

Around 400 residents of Barangay 12 in Caloocan City recently benefited from Maynilad’s free medical checkup, hygiene education, and use of the mobile shower.

The program aligns with global efforts to promote water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) and is part of Maynilad’s mission to foster healthier, more resilient communities,” said Maynilad COO Randolph T. Estrellado.

Maynilad Water plans to deploy to communities most in need, especially during disaster situations. (JEG/PIA-NCR)
