QUEZON CITY, (PIA) — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will implement a traffic management and deployment plan in line with the commemoration of the 161st birth anniversary of Gat Andres Bonifacio on November 30 (Saturday) at the Bonifacio Monument Circle (BMC) in Caloocan City.
According to MMDA, road closures will be implemented on the following roads, from 5:00 a.m. to 12 nn:
- MacArthur Highway from cor. Calle Cuatro to Monumento
- Samson Road from cor. Lapu Lapu Street to Monumento
- Rizal Ave. from the cor. of 10th Ave. to Monumento
- EDSA Northbound from Gen. Rosendo Simon to Monumento
In coordination with the Caloocan City authorities, the MMDA will likewise deploy traffic enforcers, members of Road Emergency Group and Mobile Patrol Unit in the affected area to manage traffic and ensure the smooth conduct of the event.

- MacArthur turn right to Reparo Rd. turn right to Kasoy turn left to Mango Rd. turn left to Araneta Ave. turn right to Heroes Del 96 turn Left to 10th Ave. to destination
Rizal Ave. Going to EDSA

- Rizal Ave. turn left to 10th Ave. turn right to Heroes Del 96 turn right to Samson Rd. turn left to Caimito Rd. turn left to MacArthur to destination

- Rizal Ave. turn Left to 10th Ave. turn right to A. Mabini to destination
EDSA Going to MacArthur Highway

- From MacArthur Highway Northbound & southbound, turn left turn right to Pinagtipunan St. turn right to Gov. Pascual turn left to M.H. Del Pilar St. straight ahead to A. Mabini St. turn right to C-3 to destination
