MARAWI CITY (PIA)–A Psychology student from Mindanao State University (MSU) Marawi campus emerged as the Bangsamoro region champion in the 27th Philippine Statistics Quiz (PSQ) Search for the Country’s Young Statistics Whizzes held in Cotabato City, November 10.
As the regional champion, Shahani U. Abdullah will advance to the national championship scheduled for December 7, 2023, in Metro Manila, along with other representatives from other regions of the country.
Meanwhile, Mohammad U. Abdullah, a BS Civil Engineering student from RC-Al Khwarizmi International College Foundation Inc., and Airah A. Mohamad, a BS Civil Engineering student from the Philippine Engineering Agro-Industrial College, Inc., secured the 2nd and 3rd place, respectively.
The PSQ is an annual nationwide contest that tests the statistical knowledge of freshmen college enrolled in universities and colleges across the country. (PSA-BARMM/PIA Lanao del Sur)
