NACIDA incubator facility in Marikina City nears completion

QUEZON CITY, (PIA) — A year after its groundbreaking, the NACIDA Incubator Facility Building is soon to rise in Marikina City.

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) – Metro Manila 1st District Engineering Office reports the 89 percent (89%) accomplishment of the structure.

According to DPWH National Capital Region, the facility will start servicing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the city.

Likewise, the facility will benefit start-up businesses, especially the shoe industry of Marikina in creating more opportunities to grow their business, and attract investments.

The project with a total area of 6,500 square meters in its six-story floor levels was designed to have spaces designated for a government one-step-shop area, showrooms, restaurants, conference rooms, laboratory room, garden deck and roof deck area to accommodate gathering for larger crowd. (DPWH-NCR/PIA-NCR)
